Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from herbal-min1.xyz. This policy describes how returns, refunds, and exchanges work. It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Eligible reasons
We may approve a refund or replacement when, for example:
- The product arrived damaged, defective, or with missing items (subject to photo evidence where requested).
- You received the wrong item or quantity.
- You are unsatisfied with the product after good-faith use according to label directions, within the guarantee window and exclusions below.
2. Exclusions and non-returnable items
For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, we generally cannot accept returns or issue refunds when:
- Products are opened beyond what is reasonable to inspect shipment accuracy, or more than a minimal quantity has been used, unless the item is defective.
- Products are past expiry, altered, or stored improperly after delivery.
- Products were purchased from unauthorized resellers or third parties (only orders placed on herbal-min1.xyz are covered).
- The request is outside the stated time window or fails to meet documentation we reasonably require.
Final interpretation of eligibility rests with us in line with this policy and applicable consumer law.
3. How to request a refund or return
- Email contact@herbal-min1.xyz with your order number, the email used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue.
- If we ask for photos (damaged packaging, label, lot details), please provide them within the timeframe we specify.
- Do not return items until we confirm the return address and whether a return shipment is required. Unauthorized returns may not be credited.
We aim to respond within one to two business days (often sooner).
4. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise. Processing by banks or card issuers may take an additional 5–10 business days after we initiate the refund.
If original payment is not reversible, we may offer store credit or another reasonable alternative.
5. Shipping costs
If we confirm that we shipped the wrong item or a defective product, we will cover reasonable return shipping or provide a prepaid label where available. For change-of-mind or satisfaction claims that we approve at our discretion, original shipping charges are usually non-refundable, and you may be responsible for return postage unless we state otherwise in writing.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank so we can resolve the issue. Chargebacks filed without first allowing us to assist may delay resolution.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights in your country of residence.
