We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from herbal-min1.xyz. This policy describes how returns, refunds, and exchanges work. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Satisfaction guarantee window. For qualifying orders, you may request a refund within thirty (30) days of the delivery date shown on the carrier’s tracking, subject to the conditions below. “Hassle-free” means we aim to resolve requests fairly and promptly—not that every return is automatic without review.

3. How to request a refund or return

  2. If we ask for photos (damaged packaging, label, lot details), please provide them within the timeframe we specify.
  3. Do not return items until we confirm the return address and whether a return shipment is required. Unauthorized returns may not be credited.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise. Processing by banks or card issuers may take an additional 5–10 business days after we initiate the refund.
