This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through herbal-min1.xyz. Timelines are estimates; carriers control final delivery once the package is handed off.

1. Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take longer; we will notify you by email if there is an unusual delay.

2. Shipping methods and delivery estimates

Available carriers and service levels are shown at checkout and may include postal services and commercial couriers. Estimated delivery begins after handoff to the carrier and varies by destination:

3. Shipping costs

Shipping fees, any free-shipping thresholds, and expedited options are displayed at checkout before you pay. Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may apply separately for international shipments (see below).

4. International orders, customs, and import duties

For shipments outside the country of dispatch, you are the importer of record. Your order may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees assessed by your country’s authorities. These charges are typically collected by the carrier or customs office and are your responsibility. We do not control customs delays or additional documentation requests.

Some countries restrict or prohibit certain dietary supplement ingredients. It is your responsibility to verify that products you order can be legally imported where you live. We are not liable for orders seized, refused, or delayed by customs.

5. Address accuracy and failed delivery

Enter your shipping address carefully. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, we may charge reshipping fees or process a refund minus shipping and restocking costs per our Refund Policy.

6. Tracking

When your order ships, we send a confirmation email with tracking information when provided by the carrier. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update. If you do not receive tracking within five business days of order confirmation, contact us at contact@herbal-min1.xyz.

7. Delays and force majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other events outside our reasonable control.

8. Discreet packaging

Where offered, discreet outer packaging may be used so that product names are not visible on the exterior of the parcel; carrier labels and customs declarations may still list generic product categories as required by law.
